Permit Coordination

Galloway makes all required construction permit submittals, including conditional use/special use permits, building permits, variances, sign permits, health department reviews, right-of-way construction permits, DOT access permits, etc.

Galloway coordinates payment of permit fees with the client as well as timing issues related to contract closing, development agreement execution, etc.

Galloway coordinates dry utility approvals (power, gas, phone, cable, etc.) and execution of development agreements with utility providers.
