A. Planning Approval Process

Galloway prepares all required submittal drawings, reports, and exhibits as required by the various governmental agencies.

Galloway manages the efforts of all other consultants as required for project approval to ensure that the project schedule is maintained.

Galloway monitors the project schedules and budgets throughout the entitlement phase in coordination with the client.

B.  Client Representation

Galloway represents the client in all required state/local planning approval processes which may include site plan review, subdivisions/plats, rezoning, annexation, special use/conditional use review and permitting, planning commission and city council public hearings, neighborhood meetings, etc.

Galloway represents the client in all other required approvals with the department of transportation, architectural control committees, special improvement districts, the water and/or sanitation district, utility providers, etc.

Galloway identifies opportunities and represents the client in negotiating agreements with municipalities and other authorities to reduce and/or share project costs such as fee waivers, tax increment financing, enhanced sales tax incentive programs, and/or other programs.
