Site Planning
Galloway offers comprehensive site planning services for a wide range of
project types, including mixed-use, residential, new urbanism, town center,
main-street, transit-oriented development, and urban renewal projects.
During the planning approval process, Galloway prepares and submits
all drawings, reports, and exhibits required by the various review
agencies. Galloway also provides comprehensive client representation in
all essential meetings during the planning phase of your project.
Throughout the entitlement process, Galloway manages the consultant
team and monitors project schedules and budgets in coordination with our
clients.
- Master planning

conditional use permits, and variances
