Tax Incentives Assist King Soopers Redevelopment Efforts

As the 40-year-old King Soopers in Englewood, Colorado, prepares for redevelopment, Galloway has helped lead efforts to negotiate tax incentives with the City of Englewood and is also providing civil engineering services for the site. The renovation and expansion of the existing store, located at W. Belleview Avenue and S. Federal Boulevard, is expected to generate additional tax revenue for the city and provide 35 new jobs.
